Penguins, Blue Bottles and lots of other subjects in watercolours

Glen painted this wonderful penguin. It would work as the symbol or a character in a animation!

Last week's session had 'penguins" as subject - I brought pictures and all Aquarellistas found them very cute, but there was so much to finish and continue, also related to the Great Hangar Expo in Chateauneuf, that not too many worked on them. We will keep them for later! But, there were some!

Marie-Françoise painted this lovely, poetic 'motherly love' watercolour. Well done!!

Jutta's too-cute grop of penguin youngsters... I love it.

Not a penguin, but a parrot. A marvellous, handsome parrot with a present for you. In Pink. By Bev

Sue returned to us after an long long absence, and she painted the blue bottles to get into it again. As you can see she has not forgotten how to do it!

A fantastically transparent blue bottle by Jutta. Amazing transparency and reflection!

Sonya is our newest Aquarellista. She worked on the spheres and the washing-exercise. Looks really promising doesn't it!

Brenda has started the next painting with the wind-battered trees, this time for herself. It's going to be the best one...

Judith experimented further with several ideas, amongst others this wet-in-wet. It is looking great!

Sandra is working on a very interesting series for the expo. It goes from Wild surf to ley lines. Connected by written poetic texts, and of course Sandra's original take!

Sylvie M  is preparing a small expo, wjth 'Jules Verne theme. She's doing a great job on it! The bowl with orchids was a commission - also by Sylvie M.

Maud has started a painting of a fisherman with oysters. To be continued...

Anna Karin wasn't happy after all with her painting of last week and did a miracle with a big brush to create a very interesting 'shop window'
