Splashing Watercolours

Cherry falling in the water. Amazing. By Brenda, who else...

Last week I was working hard on the Expo 'Parellel Worlds' in Valbonne and thank heavens that Cathie was there to take over - it gave me the necessary extra hours to have it all finished in time (post with pics follows). She did a great job with the subject 'Splashes' - to beat the withdrawal symptoms of the real splashing we have done with Anna-Karin. Bravo for the results - to be admired below - and some couldn't help themselves and still continued to throw paints on paper 😊Love it! Bunch of wild Aquarellistas!

Olga - just started using watercolours, and came up with this! Bravo, for Ola (and her teacher)

As Cathie calls it: WIP (Work in Progress) by Sylvie. Fantastic already!!!

Martine's WIP!! Going to be great...

And then there were the real life splashes...

Thecla (WIP) doing more cool experimenting...

Judith - waiting for the work to speak to her. It already does to me!

Martine (see the hippo and the elephant on top?!) It is fabulous.

Cathie - gorgeous experiment. She left it behind for someone else to finish next Tuesday...

Leaves by Geneviève, with a fantastic granulating sky - in complementary colour

Thecla's abstract. Interesting experiment with transparency...
