Interpretations of famous Posters in Watercolours part 2

Ingrid's affiche is not quite finished yet, it will have her characteristic simple lines - but it is already so cool, and personal - yet still very 'Art Nouveau' Well done!

Glen worked a bit more on lasts weeks' painting of the poster, it is not quite finished but definitely getting there!

Martine continued with her work from last week and she's making great progress.

And just in: a second affiche by the Amazing Michele! This one promotes 'Absinthe Bourgeois' a pretty heavy drink - but hey, even the cat likes it. The light, the bottle, the decoration, everything is good about it. SO Proud of our correspondent in Bretagne!

Remember the 'cells' project of a couple of weeks ago? Sonya used it to get back into watercolours, and 'zentangled'. Although she has no ambition with it, I personally think it looks fantastic!

Anna Karin after a lot of thought,  finished her leaves. Great job!

Brenda finished her painting of the cleaners grandchildren, first the boys, then started ànd finished the girls

Genevieve did a mother and baby penguin, which turned out really well.

Glen did this watering can as a gift for her husband. She even used a bit of salt!

Randi has painted so much flowers in the past years and covid period that she has  found her own style. Spontaneous yet powerful. It clearly works for the bee as well, what a lovely image!

Marie is back - and how! She decided to do a couple of starters exercises, to get into it again, with first the Background/Foreground/Details. And out of that she created the landscape with trees and ghosts that somehow reminded me of Bibbi's work. Could it be a Swedish thing? 😍
After that she also started and finished the dewdrops-exercise. Looking great, check!
