Portraits in Watercolours III - and Christmas and more!

Geneviève's version of the dark girl is so sensitive and poetic, very soft and well done!

Another great portrait session last Tuesday - with very good results, posted here. Enjoy!

Same for Christiane, such a strong yet peaceful expression in this portrait. Beautiful.

Judith's WIP - She is fantastic with bold experimental brushstrokes, and now look at this - not half-bad with something difficult and realistic like a portrait. Full of character!

Janine's daughter, WIP - but you can see that it is going to be so good!! Can't wait to see it in the next stage...

Corinne finished the double portrait of her grandkids.
Great job on their shiny black Spanish hair and the happy smiles

A wonderful skin colour and great features, by Thecla

Take two on Sue(s beautiful grandbaby! What a contagious enthusiasm!

And here is the finished self-portrait Anna Karin. She is much more lively and smiling, but as live portraits go, you can't smile forever and your bitchy resting face takes over... It still has  great resemblance!

Michele painted this little Hussar, very determined, eyes on the horizon. A delight to look at!

And then some gorgeous Christmas work:

Janine finished her card with a red glitter wish

WIP Ingrid - a snowy village with warm welcoming lights

It  is not especially meant as such by Celina, but this wonderful variation of little colourful houses would make a fabulous Christmas card!

The creator of this gorgeous little painting didn't want me to post it.
Because she did not like it. At all. O, but I do! What do you think?

WIP by Marie, this is a big page with 5 amazing cards, Soon to be 6! Love them all with a slight preference for the horsey
💖...

And last but not least, the card Randi created - gorgeous in al aspects!

And the 'abstract team' (Judith and Thecla) did some cool stuff on the side:

Thecla finished her weightless universe with daring shapes.
This is just the start of something very interesting I suspect.

No words necessary - but I can't help myself.
These amazing and original expressions come straight out of the soul of Judith. Both are not at all symmetrical and yet so balanced. And very cool. And deep. I'm a fan!
