Fantastic Frogs and their little stories...
So well painted this one, with spectacular colouring and he's holding on for dear life! by Anne.

Aquarellista-guest Esther painted this one, combining the 'spheres exercise with the subject du jour - and it is called - he has lost his marble
Bev's story - frogs fighting over a beer! You saw that already didn't you 😂!
Geneviève painted this little chap, just coming out of his bedroom in a very good mood!
These froggies are so funny - and you can almost hear them make an enormous noise! Love the look in their eyes... Painted by Sonya
Michele painted the night frog. So contrasted! who would have thought that a couple of years ago when she joined us and painted so carefully and light.
'n Roses - and more...
Corinne had missed the Roses project and decided to skip the frogs. I am happy she did, this is so fabulous!! Note the background, an inconspicuous turquoise/Payne's Grey with a little bit of orange in the right up corner that gives just that little bit of warmth...
Brenda's rose is slowly but surely getting there (she's working on several projects at the same time) next step is making a dark background, suggesting the rest of the rose with purple. Exciting!
Anne also created plant life at home, worth showing here!! Cactus looking so very cool and modern!
and in a similar colour scheme, Janine painted this abstract still life with circles. She did this last week - and I forgot to post it...
Here's an amazing portrait of Audrey Hepburn, super simple and very cleverly painted by Sandra - lots of white space that the brain can easily interpret and just enough dark to explain!
The first finished try-out selfie, by Geneviève! Looking great - and a colourful version will follow no doubt
And this is what a selfie looks like before the colours hit it! masking tape and masking fluid... Watch this space for the next stage
